- I/We declare that all the particulars and information and details given/filled in this application
form are true, correct, complete and up to date in all respects and that I/we have not withheld any
information whatsoever.
- I/We understand that certain particulars given by me/us are required by the operational guidelines
governing non-banking financial companies.

I/We confirm that no insolvency proceedings or suits for recovery of outstanding dues or monies
whosoever of for attachment of my/our assets or properties and/or any criminal proceedings have been
initiated and/or are pending against me/us and the I/We have never been adjudicated insolvent by any
court or other authority.
- I/We confirm that no action nor other steps have been taken or legal proceeding started, against
me/us in any court of law/order authorities for winding up, dissolution, administration or
re-organization or for the appointment of a receiver, administrative receiver, trustee or similar
office or for my/our assets.
- I/We understand and acknowledge that TFSIN shall have the absolute discretion, without assigning
any reasons (unless required by applicable law), to reject my/our application and that TFSIN shall not
be responsible/liable in any manner whatsoever to me/us for such rejection of our application.
- I/We understand that the receipt of your application form for the loan/lease does not imply
automatic approval of your loan by TFSIN.
- I/We understand that TFSIN may request for additional documents other than those collected in
connection with this application.
- I/We understand that TFSIN will decide the quantum of the loan/lease at its sole discretion.
- I/We understand that TFSIN reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any
reasons.
- I/We understand that TFSIN shall not be liable for loss or delay in the receipt of documents,
incomplete/defective application will not be processed and TFSIN shall not be responsible in any
manner for the resulting delay or otherwise.
- I/we have read and understood the contents of the Application Form in English language or as
explained in vernacular language or a language as understood by me/us and agree to receive all future
communication from TFSIN in English or in vernacular language or a language as understood by me/us.
- I/We hereby agree and authorize TFSIN or any of its associates, agents/ representatives to share,
transmit, disclose, exchange, retain or use in any manner whatsoever, without any further specific
consent authorization from me/us, the information/data provided by/related to me/us including details
of my/our accounts to the Group companies/ Associates / Subsidiaries / Affiliates/ Joint Ventures of
TFSIN / banks / financial institutions / credit bureaus / investigating and collection agencies /
statutory bodies / outsourcing vendors / any person or third party agencies/service providers with
whom TFSIN has entered/propose to enter into contracts/arrangements for provision of
'services/products' for the purpose of marketing / offering / selling any product / services and/or
availing support services of any nature by TFSIN and/or for proper conduct of business of TFSIN and /
or as required under applicable laws.
- I/we consent to TFSIN using its Co-Lending Partner(s) and our service providers’ processing,
storage, usage, and sharing of the data provided by you under this Policy, as per applicable laws.
- I/we hereby authorize TFSIN to verify / authenticate my/our KYC OVDS / Aadhaar number / loan
documents during processing my/our loan application through third party agencies via
digitally/physically for legitimate business purposes.
- I/we hereby authorize TFSIN to share my/our Aadhaar related details/information with regulatory /
statutory bodies as and when required.
- I/we consent to giving one-time access for camera, microphone, location or any other facility of
my device / phone necessary for the purpose of on-boarding/ KYC requirements as per RBI direction.
- I/we consent to TFSIN/its group companies reserving the right to retain the photographs and
documents submitted with the photo-card application and will not return the same to the applicant, as
per the applicable law.
- I/we hereby authorize TFSIN to share my/our personal / KYC details with Central KYC Registry.
- I/we hereby consent to receiving information from Central KYC Registry through SMS / Email on the
above registered number/email address.
- I/we hereby agree to submit voluntarily at my / our own discretion my Aadhaar details /masked
Aadhaar to TFSIN for the purpose of establishing my / our identity /address proof to open my / our
account / process instruction for the said purpose. The consent and purpose of collecting my Aadhaar
has been explained to me in local language along with alternatives to submission of Aadhaar. Also, the
eight digits will be redacted as per RBI directions. The purpose of verification and collection of
AADHAAR is for the validation process of KYC.
- I/we hereby authorize TFSIN to use the services of outsourced agents for various activities in
relation to the sourcing, processing and further dealing of your loan application, including post
disbursement operations.
- I/we hereby authorize TFSIN to share my/our Aadhaar related details/information with regulatory
/statutory bodies as and when required.
- I/We shall not hold TFSIN (or any of its associates agents/representatives) liable for use/sharing
of this information, as may be required or as may deem fit under applicable laws.
- I/We consent to TFSIN using the services of outsourced agents for various activities in relation
to the sourcing, processing and further dealing of your loan application, including post disbursement
operations.
- Notwithstanding the above, I/We acknowledge and agree that TFSIN may at its absolute discretion
disclose any of my/our information, if required or permitted by any law, rule or regulation or at the
request/direction of any statutory or regulatory authority or court of law or if such disclosure is
required for the purposes of preventing any fraud, without any further specific consent or
authorization from me/us.
- I/We consent to receiving marketing communications through telephone calls during normal working
time excluding all Sundays/E-mail/SMS/WhatsApp messages on various products / features / promotion
offers provided by TFSIN and its Group Companies / Associates / Subsidiaries / Affiliates / Joint
Ventures.
- I/we have no objection to TFSIN / its group companies, associates, agents, representatives to
provide me/us information on various products, offers and services provided by TFSIN/its group
companies through any mode (including telephone calls/SMS/emails/WhatsApp) and authorize TFSIN /its
group companies agents/representative for the above purpose.
- I/We consent to TFSIN accessing your credit information from credit information companies to
evaluate your loan request and make personalized product offerings to you.
